Username	Unless you are sure it is something else, it would be the highlighted portion of the following:  username@popserver.com
POP Server	Again, unless you are sure it is something else, it is probably the highlighted portion of the following:  username@mail.popserver.com
Password	This is what you normally type in to access your email.
